Delivery Information



LF Direct aim to fulfil all of their deliveries from local stores, which speeds up the delivery process and provides our customers with a local point of contact for any queries they may have. For any areas of the country where it is not possible to service the deliveries from one of our stores we will appoint a courier company to deliver your goods.

Deliveries to mainland UK will incur start at £15, please refer to your local store or head office to gain an exact price as delivery charges are based upon the weight of the consignment. Next day delivery is also available as long as the order is placed before 10am, and will incur an additional charge.

For orders placed Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 5.30 pm please allow 3 working days for delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Due to courier restrictions it is not possible for our couriers to take to the goods into your home, therefore, please ensure you have help available at the time of delivery to transport the goods from the kerb side.

Because some deliveries are made via a contracted courier company we cannot provide an accurate ETA on the day of delivery. Deliveries are usually made between 8 am and 6 pm, therefore, please ensure that there will be somebody at the delivery address between these hours to accept and sign for the delivery.

All goods must be inspected for damage/faults on delivery, and reported immediately to LFDirect on 01642 246747. Please mark any damages to the delivery on the driver's paperwork, this does not just relate to the outer packaging, you will need to inspect the actual product in the presence of the delivery driver and any damages need to be noted on the drivers paperwork. In the unlikely event that the driver is unwilling to wait while this is done this needs to be marked on the drivers paperwork and that the goods are therefore unchecked and report this information to our office a.s.a.p.

Because of the transport companies claims policy if you have not signed the paperwork as damaged at the time of delivery we will be unable to put a claim into the transport company and unfortuantley we will not ba able to accept any claims for damage.




Cancellations/Refunds/Returns

Whole orders can be cancelled within 7 days of receipt of goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Cancellations must be agreed via telephone on 01642 246747 and confirmed by fax (01642 220859) or e-mail lindsey.richardson@lfdirect.co.uk We will then arrange for collection of your order, and a refund minus the cost of collection will be made to the card used in the initial transaction, within 30 days.

Returns must be unopened packs, packaged as they were on delivery.

We do not accept part order returns.

LFDirect cannot process returns/refunds on products found to be damaged/faulty after installation.
