Your account

Once you have created an account you can click here to gain access to your orders.

1. Click on 'Your account'
2. Enter your email address and password and click enter
3. You will be logged into our secure server where your account details are stored
4. You will see a list of orders which you have placed plus an option to logout (for the time you have the browser open you are logged in)
5. Click on the view details link for further information on the order.
6. Here you will see order number, time and date plus delivery date, status of the order, delivery address, card address, items ordered, delivery and total.
7. To logout click on your account to view your orders and click logout

3. Enter your email address and click ‘reset'
4. Following the instructions via the email that is resent to reset your password

2. To find your nearest store enter the first 4 digits of your postcode i.e. AB12 and click locate store
3. To view all stores click the view all stores link and all of the stores are listed

2. If you have selected any items they will be listed with an option to remove the item, change the quantity, set delivery option and a link to go to the checkout
3. If you have a voucher or offer code enter this here to receive this promotion

2. You will then see the contents of your order, totals, and delivery
3. Here you can change your delivery address, cardholder address and card details if required
4. Click place order once you are ready
5. You will be informed by email when your card has been approved, and your order dispatched

2. You will then see the contents of your order, totals, and delivery
3. You will now have to enter you Billing details from the card you wish to purchase with
4. Finally enter a password you would like to use to login in via 'your account'.
5. Click place order once you are ready
6. You will be informed by email when your card has been approved, and your order dispatched

1. Click checkout
2. Delete the items one by one

1. Enter your username and allocated password then click log in
2. If you have forgotten your password click the link shown
3. You will have access to all the normal products at your given discount rate
