Quick-Step Impressive Laminate flooring comes with the Quick-Step Hydro Seal which is resistant to regular water exposure (and other liquids). It is guaranteed in Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry Rooms, Entrance Halls. It comes with a 25year residential guarantee, and a 10year residential Wet Area guarantee. Unlike other Laminate flooring Quick-Step Impressive does not require any additional sealing of the joints in wet areas as the Hydro Seal water repellent coating goes below the bevel. In wet areas the perimeter of the floor must be sealed with Quick-Step Hydrokit.
