It is resistant to regular water exposure (and other liquids). It is guaranteed in Bathrooms, Kitchens, Laundry Rooms, Entrance Halls. It comes with a 25year residential guarantee, and a 10year residential Wet Area guarantee. Unlike other Laminate flooring Quick-Step Majestic does not require any additional sealing of the joints in wet areas as the Hydro Seal water repellent coating goes below the bevel. In wet areas the perimeter of the floor must be sealed with Quick-Step Hydrokit.
